/ When Cary Grant Introduced Timothy Leary to LSD

2017
30min

Cary Grant sits in his plush dressing room at Culver Studios, California, waiting to be called to set by his director, Alfred Hitchcock. Suddenly he gets a visitor, a Dr. Timothy Leary. Having read about Grant’s dabbling with LSD in an interview with Good Housekeeping magazine, Leary is keen to try the magical new drug. What follows is a whimsical hallucinogenic ‘trip’ through psychological space and time, with the two men together exploring past, present and future memories: Grant’s Edwardian childhood in Bristol, England, as well as the fame Leary will go on to achieve through propagating the use of LSD in the 60s.
